Welcome to the Web site for the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is preparing an EIS for proposed capacity enhancing improvements at IAH. To learn about the proposed improvements and the EIS process go to the About page. The FAA encourages and welcomes public input.. Public participation began with the scoping meetings. Visit the Scoping page to view the comments received and a Report summarizing the results of the scoping process. Public participation will continue throughout the EIS process. Visit the Get Involved page to learn about future public meetings and other opportunities to participate including submitting comments.
